'Hi everyone! In today\'s video I share the unboxing of my first Imperfect Foods box. I received both produce and the protein pack. Overall this experience was positive, but I did have to reach out to customer service about a few issues, and I can report they were promptly resolved and I have decided to continue receiving boxes.  Following the unboxing, I prepare a date night meal of pan seared trout, roasted vegetables, and arugula salad. Recipes/methods below. To see if this produce delivery is right for you, follow the link and receive $10 off your first box: http://imprfct.us/v/cassandra_890  Pan Seared Trout: 2 trout fillets salt, pepper, dried dill, and paprika to taste  drizzle of olive oil thinly sliced lemon for garnish  Rub trout fillets with the seasonings and oil. Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Sear skin-side down several minutes, until browned, then flip and cook through until just beginning to flake. Top the hot fish with lemon slices and serve.  Roasted Vegetables: 1 yam, peeled and cut into chunks 2 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks 8 large Brussels sprouts, rough end trimmed and halved lengthwise 1 medium red onion, cut into chunks 1 tsp charmoula seasoning (https://oxbowpublicmarket.com/whole-spice/) 1-2 tbsp olive oil salt and pepper, to taste  Preheat oven to 400 degree. Add all ingredients to a sheet pan and thoroughly combine. Roast 15-20 minutes, then turn over and roast for 15-20 more minutes or until golden brown and tender.  Arugula Salad with Walnuts and Lemon Dressing: 1 bunch arugula, trimmed of tough stems, washed, and dried in a salad spinner, and cut into shreds ~1/4 cup walnuts, chopped juice of half a lemon tsp honey mustard tbsp olive oil salt and pepper, to taste  Add arugula and walnuts to a salad bowl. In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, mustard, and salt and pepper. Drizzle in the oil slowly while whisking, then toss with the salad.
